Are you a Field Engineer who is keen on technology and has experience with office moves and installations? I’m currently working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Kidderminster, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and support to businesses across various industries.
The Role
You will be a proactive and skilled Field Engineer with experience with hardware including office moves, decommissions, printer services and more. You will be working on customer sites providing expert support on a wide range of IT issues. You will need to be willing to travel and understand the importance of good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including repairs, installations, and upgrades.•Deliver and collect hardware from clients.•Work in a team on office relocations and hardware rollouts.• Set up printers and office hardware.
About You
•Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers).•Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.•Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.•Clean driving license.•Clear DBS.
