Tech Removal Engineer | Kidderminster | Onsite | £23,000

Are you a Field Engineer who is keen on technology and has experience with office moves and installations? I’m currently working with a leading Managed Service Provider based in Kidderminster, dedicated to delivering innovative IT solutions and support to businesses across various industries.

The Role

You will be a proactive and skilled Field Engineer with experience with hardware including office moves, decommissions, printer services and more. You will be working on customer sites providing expert support on a wide range of IT issues. You will need to be willing to travel and understand the importance of good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including repairs, installations, and upgrades.• Deliver and collect hardware from clients.• Work in a team on office relocations and hardware rollouts.• Set up printers and office hardware.

About You

• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (PCs, servers, printers).• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under pressure.• Clean driving license.• Clear DBS.
