- As the IT Engineer you will Act as a final point of escalation for technical engineers.Â
- Ensure P1 Incidents are resolved in a timely manner to agreed SLA's and maintain strong level of communication with internal and external users.Â
- Support with the technical development of junior engineers.Â
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and market trends with the view of obtaining industry recognised certifications.Â
- Write detailed documentation wherever possible to minimise times on reoccuring issues. (look to automate tasks where possible).Â
- Work closely with key management personnel to improve the practice and give recommendations.Â
