A great opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable Worcestershire-based firm in its Kidderminster office.

This firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner-level to join its strong and dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent role, with flexibility on days/hours and the option of hybrid working two days per week.

The Team:

You will join a successful, knowledgeable and tight knit private client team. This team has grown and developed organically, along with the addition of fantastic experience brought in by lateral partner moves. It now consists of around 40 fee earners spread across several offices.

The Role:

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will draft and support with wills, LPAs, administration of estates with some tax planning, and general private client work. You will be responsible for the mentorship, management and leadership of the Worcester based team, reporting directly to the Head of Practice. There is scope for progression through to equity partnership.

The Person:

The team is now looking for a Private Client Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE. You will be commercially minded and ambitious. Previous management experience is required and a STEP qualification would be advantageous.
