Maintenance Engineer

This role is perfect for a proactive and skilled engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery, conducting essential maintenance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate, front-line maintenance support to the operations team
  • Ensure production machinery is operating at optimal efficiency
  • Dismantle, reassemble, and fabricate components as needed for repairs
  • Execute regular PPMs and scheduled maintenance
  • Continually look for ways to improve operations through effective maintenance

Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for someone with a recognised apprenticeship (ONC/HNC) or solid experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • You'll need to be familiar with belts, conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS/PPM systems.

Bonus Skills:

  • Electrical understanding, including control panels, inverters, and PLCs
