- You will play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and contributing to the smooth operation of the production line.
- Support the design, implementation, and improvement of production processes.
- Work closely with production teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle/plant electrics and hydraulics.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Person:
- In the region of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced industry.
- Preferably a relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or similar).
- Understanding of basic vehicle/plant electrics and hydraulics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
