About the Role:We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster area. You'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and optimising manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve issues.

  • Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Provide technical support to the production team.

  • Apprentice-trained or time-served Maintenance Engineer.
