As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Follow the National Curriculum and adapt to different classroom settings
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Ensure students remain on task and meet learning objectives
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
- Mark and assess work in line with school policies
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT)
- Experience working as a Class Teacher or Supply Teacher in a Primary School
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to different school environments
- Passionate about providing high-quality education
Working as a Primary Supply Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:
