Are you an experienced Property Manager or have a background in estate agency sales or lettings? Our client is a thriving business in the Kidderminster area, specialising in block and estate management, lettings, and property sales. The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Attend property meetings, including AGM’s and Directors’ meetings, with occasional out-of-hours requirements (overtime payable).
  • Oversee contractors for both major and minor works, ensuring timely completion and approving invoices.
  • Conduct full Section 20 consultations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Support the Managing Director by handling day-to-day property management responsibilities.
  • Work closely with a small, supportive team to maintain and enhance service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property management or a background in sales/lettings within the property industry.
  • Forward-thinking, customer-focused, and team-oriented with a hands-on approach.

  • Health and safety awareness; relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential (support for professional qualifications is available).
