- Manage a portfolio of properties, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Attend property meetings, including AGM’s and Directors’ meetings, with occasional out-of-hours requirements (overtime payable).
- Oversee contractors for both major and minor works, ensuring timely completion and approving invoices.
- Conduct full Section 20 consultations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Support the Managing Director by handling day-to-day property management responsibilities.
- Work closely with a small, supportive team to maintain and enhance service standards.
- Experience in property management or a background in sales/lettings within the property industry.
- Forward-thinking, customer-focused, and team-oriented with a hands-on approach.
- Confidence in chairing meetings and managing client relationships.
- Health and safety awareness; relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential (support for professional qualifications is available).
