We are seeking a qualified and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:* Provide individual and small group support to students with SEN, adapting learning materials to meet their needs.* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons, ensuring inclusivity for all students.* Promote positive behaviour and assist students with emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.* Work closely with specialists, such as speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, and other external professionals.* Monitor and track student progress, sharing updates with teachers, parents, and other relevant parties.* Encourage independence and self-confidence in students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.________________________________________Candidate Requirements:* Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant SEN qualification.* Previous experience working with children with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.* Empathetic, patient, and committed to supporting the unique needs of SEN students.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and liaise with external professionals.* A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.________________________________________What We Offer:* A supportive, collaborative environment.* Ongoing professional development and training in SEN.* Opportunities for career progression within the school.* The chance to make a real impact on children's lives.If you are interested in this opportunity and can commit to full days, between 3-5 days per week, please apply now or get in touch with me asap.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
