- PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification and evidence of in-service training
- Experience of working in a special school environment and/or in particular with pupils with SEMH or ASC needs or significant SEND, SEMH and/or ASC teaching experience within a mainstream environment
- To be able to teach Entry level 2 & 3, GCSEs, and post-16 academic and vocational qualifications in your specialist subject.
- Postgraduate diploma in SEN
