Location: KidderminsterSalary: Competitive, based on experienceContract Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: Immediate start (DBS and references dependant )Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with special educational needs?We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team in Kidderminster. You will be working with children who have experienced trauma, as well as those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and learning difficulties.Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver creative, individualized lessons that cater to a range of learning needs.* Provide emotional and behavioural support to children who have experienced trauma.* Implement strategies to manage and support SEMH, autism, and learning difficulties within the classroom.* Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each child.* Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported.Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.* Experience working with children who have SEMH, autism, or other learning difficulties.* Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and behaviour management strategies.* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a flexible and adaptive approach to teaching.* Passion for supporting children with complex needs and helping them achieve their potential.What We Offer:* A supportive and collaborative working environment.* Opportunities for professional development and career progression.* A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children.* Competitive pay and benefits package.To Apply:If you are enthusiastic about creating a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff, we want to hear from you!
