Management Accountant
Location: Bexhill (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assisting with financial planning and decision-making
Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations
Supporting the finance team with process improvements and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Studying or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Strong experience in management accounting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
