With 3 offices based across Sussex, you will be working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth running of the business. You will be working within a friendly and professional team to deliver a high-quality service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls & taking messages for the sales team
  • Dealing with incoming emails
  • Navigate the CRM system (Training will be provided)
  • Piecing Property Advertisements together; writing engaging property descriptions.
  • Uploading documents & saving pictures to internal database
  • Sending contracts & dealing with Anti-Money Laundering checks
  • Creating Sales Memorandums to send to solicitors
  • Arranging EPC's
  • Filing documents; making hard copy files for any new instructions

The skills required for this role will include:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to customers and team members
  • Have superb organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Previous administration experience
