TPF Recruitment is proud to represent a reputable independent firm of Chartered Accountants located near Bexhill in their search for a Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and professional team, providing high-quality tax services to a diverse client base.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in both corporate tax and personal tax, with a particular focus on private client work. While the role is predominantly private client-oriented, it will also involve an element of corporate tax work, making this a varied and engaging position.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax compliance, and advising on tax planning opportunities.

Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies.

Providing advice on a range of tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and other private client-focused areas.

Assisting with corporate tax compliance and offering tax advisory services for corporate clients.

Mentoring and supporting junior members of the tax team.

Staying updated on relevant tax legislation and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

Qualified in ATT, CTA, or ACA, or equivalent experience with a strong focus on tax.

Proven experience in both corporate and personal tax, with an emphasis on private client work.

Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and planning.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
