Are you a proactive HR Administrator, able to work in a high-pressured environment being the right-hand person of the HR Manager? My client has a brand-new opportunity for a HR Administrator to put together job descriptions and adverts to recruit staff and other day to day HR administrative tasks.
Job duties of the HR Administrator are to:
- Maintain personal development records
- Confidentially handle sensitive information
- Help write job specifications and adverts for vacancies
- Arrange interviews
- On board new members of staff
Skills and experience required for the HR Administrator are:
- Able to hit the ground running on the recruitment function
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google programmes
- A good sense of humour
- Enhanced DBS clearance
