A newly created role in Gaby Hardwicke's busy Bexhill office due to their continued success and growth. Working with an established team, the new Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive will enjoy high quality work, exceptional support (including secretarial or paralegal as well as super IT systems) and career development opportunities.

The successful Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive will offer the following background/skill set:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
  • Have experience of managing their own varied case load to include Wills/LPAs, Trust, Probate and basic tax advice
  • Have gained experience in a well respected Solicitors, legal services or Will drafting company
  • Be a keen team player
  • Offer excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience of working to (and ideally exceeding) billable hours/financial targets
  • Able to develop long-term professional relationships with clients/be client focussed

The successful Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive will enjoy a varied case load to include:

  • Drafting of Wills and LPAs
  • Managing trusts
  • Probate
  • Basic tax advice (you will receive excellent support from a CTA-qualified Private Client Solicitor where necessary)
