Our client is keen to find a talented Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their esteemed team in Bexhill.

About the Role:

The successful Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will be managing their own case load of high quality residential property conveyancing matters, with a focus on HNW clients. You will be down to earth, yet commercially aware and have a strong technical knowledge, whilst handling a mixed case load to include:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Remortgage and refinance work
  • Transfer of equity
  • A small amount of auction property work

The successful Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer will work closely with an Agricultural specialist Solicitor, and as such, work can be both rural and urban. You will enjoy a very varied case load, which comes from an already established client base and referral network. You will be well supported with superb secretarial/paralegal support (likely on a 1-2-1 basis), and have full access to a recently upgraded CMS. Although you will be experienced, and able to manage your own case load from start to finish, there is an abundance of support and guidance from highly experienced Solicitors and Partners.
