They focus on helping each team member grow and succeed in their role.  Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in the conveyancing department, including:
  • Audio Dictation: Accurately transcribing legal documents and correspondence.
  • File Management: Opening, closing, and organizing client files.
  • Client Interaction: Handling calls and emails, responding to client inquiries, and providing case updates.
  • Document Preparation: Drafting and reviewing legal documents, forms, and correspondence.
  • Diary Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing deadlines.
  • Administrative Support: Performing general office tasks, including photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Liaising with Stakeholders: Communicating with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a conveyancing role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in audio dictation, file management, and client communication. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
