Responsibilities of the Assistant Site Manager:

Assist the Site Manager in coordinating and supervising construction projects to completion
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Liaise with subcontractors and site workers to ensure smooth project execution
Help in scheduling and coordinating project tasks
Conduct site inspections

Requirements

Previous experience as an assistant site manager with a main contractor
Strong knowledge of Construction methods, materials and tools
Excellent organisational and time management skills
CSCS, SSSTS, 1st Aid
