Our client is an accommodation provider who are currently looking for an Office Manager to join their hardworking and dedicated team in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within office management or administration, possess strong organisational and administrative skills, be a proficient user in Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
As an Office Manager you will oversee all office operations, manage administrative tasks and site coordination, maintain records, schedules and reports as well as liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders.
This vacancy does require you to have your own transport due to travelling between different properties within Sussex.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Demonstrable experience within office management or administration
- Possess strong organisational and administrative skills
- Be a proficient user in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Own Transport and Full Driving License is required
Your duties as an Office Manager will include:
- Overseeing office operations and ensuring efficiency
- Managing administrative tasks and site coordination
- Maintaining records, schedules and reports
- Assisting with financial and HR administration
- Liaising with external suppliers and stakeholders
Salary and Reward Package:
- £24,000 - £26,000 per annum + mileage paid
