Your Role as an HLTAAs an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of teachers.
- Supporting teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Working with students individually or in small groups to provide targeted support.
- Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and age groups.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their best.
- HLTA status or equivalent experience is preferred.
