Your Role as an HLTA

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of teachers.
  • Supporting teachers with the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
