About the Role: We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Bexhill. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting the educational and emotional development of children, especially those with additional needs.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a similar relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Prepare learning materials and support children in both academic and social development.
  • Provide one-on-one support and facilitate small group activities to help all students thrive.

  • Teachers, to help plan and implement effective lessons.
  • Parents, to support children's development at home.
  • Specialists, to create and follow individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
