About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to the well-being, happiness, and growth of our young residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with morning routines to ensure the children are prepared for the day.
  • Managing necessary paperwork efficiently to prioritise the childrens needs.
  • Creating enjoyable and fun experiences during evenings and weekends through activities such as playing Xbox, football, movie days, and go-karting.
  • Providing personalised support to help each child reach their full potential and foster a positive future.

Package:

  • Annual Salary: 26,000 - 34,000

Requirements:

We are looking for the following from our workers:

  • Have a positive attitude to your work
  • Sense of humour (Required)
  • Are honest, empathetic, and committed to making a difference to young people
  • Are willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (funded by us)
  • Hold a full UK driving license for at least 12 months
