Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: 26,000 - 34,000 per annum plus bonuses

Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for Residential Support Workers to support a team in Bexhill, where they provide a holistic and therapeutic environment for children with a range of additional needs. About the Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to the well-being, happiness, and growth of our young residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with morning routines to ensure the children are prepared for the day.
- Managing necessary paperwork efficiently to prioritise the childrens needs.
- Creating enjoyable and fun experiences during evenings and weekends through activities such as playing Xbox, football, movie days, and go-karting.
- Providing personalised support to help each child reach their full potential and foster a positive future.
Package:
- Annual Salary: 26,000 - 34,000

Requirements:
We are looking for the following from our workers:
- Have a positive attitude to your work
- Sense of humour (Required)
- Are honest, empathetic, and committed to making a difference to young people
- Are willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (funded by us)
- Hold a full UK driving license for at least 12 months
