About the role

As a Support Worker, you’ll assist children and adults with complex learning, physical, and behavioural challenges in a variety of settings, including community, supported living, or residential care. You choose the shifts and hours you want to work, whether that’s a few shifts a week or a full schedule.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide behavioural support and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Deliver personal care for adults where necessary (including hoist use and hygiene assistance).
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Receive thorough training and support to ensure your success.

Who we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in Care Assistance, Support Work, or related roles.
  • Students or professionals with relevant backgrounds in Health and Social Care, Nursing, or Psychology.
  • A friendly, proactive, and organized attitude.
  • Availability for Early, Late, Long Day, or Night shifts (choose what suits you best).
