A specialist school are actively looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to assist with speech, language and, communication difficulties as well as, those with complex and, learning needs. This setting in Bexhill-On-Sea, caters for residential and, day pupils between the ages of 5 to 19. They are proud to say that they are a total communication enviroment. Responsibilities of an Aspiring Paediatric Nurse:
- Provide 1:1 support to a child with complex needs and help, students understand instructions.
- Assist in implementing individual learning and, support plans.
- Support children during social activities and outings.
- Encourage communication and, also look after their physical needs.
- Work alongside the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and provide learning materials.
Requirements of an Aspiring Paediatric Nurse:

- Have an understanding with challenging behaviour.

- Be able to develop strong and positive relationships with children.
