We are currently recruiting for a Housing Developer who is looking to recruit a coupleof Assistant Site Managers inthe business to work on a long term projectin EastSussex.

Ideally the Assistant Site Managercandidate will presently be, or will have worked in the residential new build industry and will be able to show the ability to manage sub contractors on site and push them to work towards the agreed programme to the build and health and safety standards required by the business. All the time they will be needed to accurately report back to the Senior Site/ Project Manager on progress, H&S etc.

Drive , determination andeye for detail is required, and for the right candidates there will be genuine chanceto progress and build a carerwith one of the industries best known companies.
