Earlsfield Court is a stunning 72 bedded luxurious residential and dementia care home providing the very best in care and support.
We have various shifts available to cover both full and part time hours. Day and Night shifts working from 8:00am-8:00pm or 8:00pm-8:00am. We are also able to offer shorter shifts from 8:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-8:00pm along with twilight shifts from 6:00pm-10:00pm. Twilight Shifts will be 20hrs per week.
At Earlsfield Court, we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and reliable carers to be part of our care team looking after our residential and dementia residents. We offer competitive hourly pay, paid breaks, uniform and paid DBS along with additional company benefits.

We are looking to recruit experienced carers, ideally with an NVQ qualification and with the desire to further their career within our home. We offer a comprehensive induction, mentorship, support and training and encourage career development.
Person Specification
• Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities with or without assistive aids
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualifications if not willingness to attend
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
