The Opportunity:

My client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in South-East London are looking for a Senior Associate Partner Building Surveyor to lead and grow their Building Surveying team.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to work on major frameworks across London and the Southeast. You'll take ownership of high-profile projects for public and private sector clients, focusing on sustainable construction and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role for the Building Surveyor:

As the Senior Associate Partner Building Surveyor, you will:

  • Lead the Building Surveying team and report directly to the Partners.
  • Manage diverse projects, including new build and retrofit, with a commitment to sustainability and Net Zero Carbon goals.
  • Deliver professional services such as contract administration, condition surveys, defect analysis, tender documentation, and more.
  • Oversee planning applications, external consultants, budgets, and team performance.
  • Identify new opportunities, prepare winning submissions, and contribute to business growth.

The Ideal Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS qualified with at least 8 years of industry experience.
  • Have strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
  • Be comfortable working independently and leading projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, and knowledge of party wall matters, and CDM regulations is a plus.
