Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Sales Admin and Support Assistant to work in a permanent role for our client, a specialist manufacturing company, in the Crayford area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Being the first responder on a busy telephone
- Confident on the phone and able to obtain accurate information from the caller
- Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records
- Raising quotes and processing sales orders accurately
- Supporting sales team members
Candidate Requirements
- Experienced and confident handling telephone calls
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good communication / listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Staying calm and focussed under pressure
- Confident with MS Word / Excel and ability to learn bespoke systems
