  • Pay: £85-£110 per day

About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with SEMH and SEN needs in their learning and personal development
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
  • Promoting positive behavior management and emotional well-being
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support as required
  • Assisting with classroom organization and preparing learning materials
  • Monitoring student progress and reporting back to teachers
  • Encouraging a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in education, SEN, or SEMH settings is highly desirable
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young people
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
