MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled CAD Officer to join the Regeneration & Assets Team within a local authority based in Southeast London. You will provide vital support by creating technical plans using AutoCAD, managing GIS data, and maintaining the Council's property database (TF Cloud).

This is a permanent role with a salary range of 26,421 - 28,770. Candidates will be expected in the office 1-2 days per week, with the rest of the time working from home.


Key Responsibilities:
* Produce a wide range of technical and legal plans to support property transactions, compulsory purchase orders, and redevelopment schemes.
* Manage property data, ensuring accurate records and reports within the Council's Estate and Facilities Management System.
* Assist surveyors with site surveys and produce scaled drawings.
* Administer GIS data and ensure property information is updated on the Council's website.
* Generate performance reports on Council properties' running costs and maintain accurate property records.


Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software (e.g., ArcMap).
* Strong IT skills and experience producing accurate, high-quality plans.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
