We are well established in the social housing sector and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experiencedPlasterer ideally with additional trades such as tiling, basic plumbing skills. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.
The job requires work and travel in the South East London area (Bexley, Bromley, Croydon, Southwark, Lambeth). We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.
Experienced Plasterer:
The role is to -
- Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
- Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements for Job:
- Full driving license (Must be a UK Licence)
- Own tools
- Time served or qualifications
- Experience of working in social housing
- DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)
- CSCS card due to changes in legislation following the Grenfell Inquiry

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywithone Saturday in fourrequired. We operate an Emergency Out of Hours service.
We provide full PPE - disposable face masks/gloves/footwear covers and antibacterial wipes/hand gel.
