We are looking to recruit an experienced ex-Roofer or experiencedRoof Condition Inspector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attending social housing properties across South London carrying out roof condition reports
- Providing specifications and materials for all roof types, including repairs and renewals
- Liaising with subcontractors and overseeing works required
- Ability to conduct drone surveys is advantageous
Skills / Experience for this role:
- Knowledge of roofing structures / materials is required whether as an ex-roofer or from experience in assessing repairs / renewal works
- Ability to manage works on site and subcontractors
- Organised, computer-literate and skilled in ensuring works are completed to required timescales

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.
The job requires work and travel across South London. Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.
Requirements for Job:
Experienced ex-Roofer or experience in assessing repairs / renewal works
Solid understanding of roofing structures and materials required for type of work
Ability to create specifications / scope of works for roof repairs / renewals
Full valid UK driving license not EU licence
DBS certificate

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywith1 Saturday or Sunday in 4required. Saturdays/Sundays are paid extra to salary at standard rate.
