Roofer - repairs

We are recruiting a Roofer with experience of repairs to all roofing types. No full roof replacements required.

The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The job requires work and travel in the South London area.

Properties for these well-known Housing Associations are situated across South London so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

The role is to -

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
• Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job
• Liaise with client(s) and carry out inspections

Requirements for Job:

• Full UK driving license not EU licence
• Own tools
• Experience of working in social housing
• DBS certificate

Hours of work are8am - 5pm Monday to Fridaywith1 Saturday or 1 Sunday in 4required. Saturday / Sunday is paid extra to salary.
