Key Responsibilities: · Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 2 students. · Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children can thrive. · Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. · Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum effectively. · Build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. · Contribute to the schools community and extracurricular activities. What Were Looking For: · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. · Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2 (preferred but not essential). · Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. · Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their academic and personal development. · Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teaching. · A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse classroom culture.
