Are you a passionate and dedicated primary school teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in the Bexley area? We are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school, with an immediate start.

The Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils, ensuring they make excellent progress in all areas of the curriculum. You will work closely with a dedicated team of staff and have the support of a well-established leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure positive learning outcomes.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the development of each pupil.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to helping all pupils achieve their potential.
