We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Aspiring Psychologist to join a school in Bexley. This long-term role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, work closely with children, and collaborate with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personalised intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a nurturing environment.
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan support strategies.
  • Promote mental health awareness and positive well-being within the school community.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (or currently working towards one).
  • A strong passion for working with children in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
