Newly Qualified Geography Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the Schools very own bespoke ECT induction, as well as work alongside a range of young & experienced Geography Teachers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
- Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
- Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
- You must be able to work as part of a large team of Geography Teachers
- Must be willing to listen to feedback
