We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to join our team in Bexley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility and is passionate about making a positive impact on students' education across various age groups and subjects.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including behaviour management and safeguarding.
- Mark and assess students' work, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students' learning and development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and environments.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
