We are working with a wonderful primary school in Greenwich, who are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dynamic team in January.

Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering lessons and managing classrooms across different year groups.
Provide individual and group support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum.
Assist in the preparation and planning of lessons, ensuring they align with the National Curriculum.
Support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.
What Were Looking For:
HLTA Qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working in primary education, ideally across multiple year groups.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and how to adapt lessons for different abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting childrens development.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.
