Daytime Health are assisting a great Children's Residential Home who are seeking experienced Children`s Theraputic Support workers to join them on a permanent basis.

There is an excellent working environment, with career development opportunities.

The higher end of the salary scale is appliable for Team Leader or Deputy mangers.

Duties

  • Provide direct therapeutic support to children in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Engage with children through activities that promote learning, social interaction, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents, reporting them as necessary.

You should have Therapeutic Children's Support worker experience, to be considered and ideally have a Level 3 NVQ qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
