Duties
- Provide direct therapeutic support to children in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Engage with children through activities that promote learning, social interaction, and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents, reporting them as necessary.
You should have Therapeutic Children's Support worker experience, to be considered and ideally have a Level 3 NVQ qualification.
