Premier Work Support are currently recruiting a Sales Admin and Support Assistant to work in a permanent role for our client, a specialist manufacturing company, in the Crayford area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Being the first responder on a busy telephone
  • Confident on the phone and able to obtain accurate information from the caller
  • Accurate filing and archiving of electronic records
  • Raising quotes and processing sales orders accurately
  • Supporting sales team members

Candidate Requirements

  • Experienced and confident handling telephone calls
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication / listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Staying calm and focussed under pressure
  • Confident with MS Word / Excel and ability to learn bespoke systems
