Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to children, ensuring their well-being and development. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate, implement care plans, and contribute positively to the lives of those they support.

Duties

  • Provide direct therapeutic support to children in various settings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Engage with children through activities that promote learning, social interaction, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and any incidents, reporting them as necessary.

You should have Therapeutic Children's Support worker experience, to be considered and ideally have a Level 3 NVQ qualification.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
