What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 certificates in English and Maths.
  • Language Proficiency: Must speak fluent English.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to support students in class as a Teaching Assistant.
    • Confidence to lead individual and small group sessions as a Tutor.
    • Strong knowledge and experience working with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
  • Desirable: A driving license is a bonus but not essential.
The Role:
  • Provide tailored support to students in the classroom and in targeted learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Promote engagement and confidence in students with additional needs.
  • Work flexibly across the school, adapting to the diverse needs of pupils.
