Year 5 TA Bexley SEN/ASD Experience required
A proud Principal of a happy, friendly, welcoming and inclusive school providing education for children in Nursery from the age of 3, and Reception to Year 6 in Bexley are on the hunt for a Year 5 Teaching Assistant to support two charming, welcoming Year 5 children diagnosed with Autism.
This role will be to support two year 5 children with Autism during the morning and providing booster support for year 5 children during the afternoon.
The schools strong supportive team aims to give children the very best possible start to their education from the age of 3, developing personal aspiration and a lifelong love of learning through the highest quality teaching and learning experiences so they are ready to move on to their secondary provision and they are looking for a Year 5 TA to join their team straight away!
Trial days can be held ASAP!
Details of the role:
- Location - Bexley
- Position Year 5Teaching Assistant
- Full time/part-time - Full time, Long term (possibility of permanent)
- Hours 8 (8:30am-4:30pm)
- Pay: £85 - £100 per day
What we are looking for:
- Experience and understanding when working with Autistic children
- Previous experience working in a UK school
- A calm, nurturing practitioner who has a passion for working with children
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- MUST hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
