We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Year 5 Teacher to join a school in Bexley on a long-term agency supply basis starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and passionate educator who is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring the academic success of their students.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to Year 5 students
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Supporting students in developing both academically and socially
Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Collaborating with staff and parents to support the learning and development of all students
Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding regulations
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a primary school teacher, with a focus on Year 5
A clear understanding of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for helping children reach their full potential
Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK
