Food Technology Teacher

Smart Teachers are working with a amazing "Good" secondary school located in Southeast London who are seeking a Food Technology Teacher with an ASAP Start.

This Ofsted rated ‘Good’ secondary school and sixth form, based in the Borough of Bexley are looking to appoint a Food Technology Teacher to start ASAP, on a full-time basis. Working in this secondary school as part of an established team, the desired Food Tehnology Teacher will be working with students from KS3 – KS5. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career or an experienced teacher who’s looking for a quality working environment. This position is open for both long-term supply and permanent.

The school has a strong SLT team who have been with the school for many years. All students achieve high grades and teachers work collaboratively to ensure his is achieved.

• Mixed-sex school – 11 to 18 sixth form on site
• Excellent ECT/Newly qualified teacher training program available
• KS3 – KS5 timetable

To be considered for the role of Food Technology Teacher you will:

• Experience of working with Secondary school aged children
• A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Paid via PAYE
